Boutique Hotel B51, Marbella

I had a bit of a rollercoaster experience during my stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, and I appreciated how clean everything was. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, and I encountered a serious issue with my booking that caused a lot of stress. Overall, while there were definitely some highlights, the expensive rate didn't match the level of service and upkeep I expected.

However, the apartment we received was in poor condition, particularly the kitchen, which was lacking in essentials. Plus, the extra charges for Wi-Fi and parking were quite steep, leaving me feeling a bit taken advantage of.

The hotel is perfectly located in the lively Puerto Banus, just a short stroll from beaches and vibrant nightlife. The receptionist Elena truly went out of her way to help us with an early check-in, which was a real lifesaver. However, the apartments are quite dated and we faced some noise issues during the night. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking for a base to enjoy the local area.
